Pickup requests

When you send a pickup request, we use your name, email, optional phone number, requested bakes, pickup preferences, and notes to arrange your order. Please include only information needed for your order.

Requests are stored privately by the website's order service and sent to Emmy's business mailbox. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver order requests and replies. Emmy uses a private link to confirm or decline the request. The home pickup address is shared privately with customers whose requests are confirmed.

Your saved cart

The site saves product selections, quantities, and item notes in this browser's local storage for up to seven days after your latest cart activity. Your name, email, phone, and checkout form details are not saved there. Remove the items or clear your browser's site data to delete your saved cart. A successful request clears the cart on this device.

Payments and other services

This website does not collect card details or take online payments. Pricing and payment arrangements are confirmed directly with Emmy.

If you use the chat widget, your messages are processed by the chat service. The main bakery page also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may receive technical connection information such as your IP address. The order review page does not load the chat widget or external fonts.

Contact [email protected] to ask about your request, correct your details, or request deletion of order information. Information needed for completed transactions or other required records may need to be retained.
